  Exhibition Booth

  AniCult welcomes any exhibitor to purchase a sales booth of 3m x 3m for the duration of the event (2 days from 28th to 29th of May, 2016).

  • Size: 3mx3m
  • You will get 2 Exhibitor Passes, 1 Partition table and 2 chairs.
  • Further pass, table or chair addition will be charged:
    • Pass: 80.000 IDR per pass.
    • Table: 50.000 IDR per table.
    • Chair: 25.000 IDR per chair.
  • The Exhibitor and all the works displayed and sold within.

  
  

  Rules & Regulations

  1. While inside the area, please be reminded that all AniCult, local and state rules, policies and laws apply.
  2. All merchandise and items must be genuine (official products from their copyright-holding companies), whether they contain original character or fan-art character. No replica or copy is allowed to be sold or displayed in this event.
  3. As AniCult welcomes attendees of all ages, we would like to ask all vendors to keep this in mind when setting up display. Explicit adult content (including nudity, yaoi, yuri, shonen ai and shoujo ai) are allowed to be sold, however, none are allowed to be displayed on the table. You may advertise those items in your personal website, facebook or blog. Please do not sell or show them to underage customers. AniCult will hold no responsibility for any problem caused by failure to follow this rule.
  4. Only merchandise and items that belong to Anime, Cosplay, BJD and/or Japanese culture categories can be displayed and sold.
  5. No food or drink is allowed to be sold in the exhibition hall. However, vendors that sell food and drink can get booths at the foyer hall near the Cafe.
  6. Traced/copied/edited/stolen artworks and merchandise are not permitted to be sold or displayed in the event.
  7. During application, we require each vendor to state the merchandise or service that would be displayed, sold, or offered at their booth. AniCult reserved the right to reject an application if the merchandise or service don't fall into the acceptable categories.
  8. One booth would be provided with 1 table and 2 chairs. Vendors can request for additional booth (adjacent or special design) when applying. Vendors are not allowed to bring any table nor chair from outside the venue unless request have been made for a special design booth. Chairs and tables are not to be moved outside of their specific booth area.
  9. The booth should never be left without any staff at any time during the event. If there's an emergency, please contact one of our main staff. We will give you a phone number that you can call for help, please keep it with you at all times.
  10. 1 booth is eligible for 2 Exhibition Vendor Passes, so only 2 persons are allowed in each booth. Additional passes for extra staff can be requested during application. Exhibition Vendor Pass must be worn at all times.
  11. Overly loud sound from video or music are not allowed. Permission to override this rule will be given under certain circumstances, please contact us for more information.
  12. No running around nor fighting during the event. All vendors' staff are expected to be courteous and polite to others.
  13. Smoking, drinking and eating are not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
  14. All vendors are required to take care of their booths. All booths must be neat and all isles remain clear. Booths must not be altered in any way, meaning no tacks, nails, hooks, super glue nor screws are allowed. Please only use paper glue, masking tapes and cellotapes. Permission to override this rule can be given when special design booth is requested during application.
  15. AniCult will not be responsible for any torn, broken, missing, or stolen item during the event. Please take care of your merchandise by yourselves.
  16. Exhibition Vendor Pass cannot be used to enter the Special Stage.
  17. Any violation from our rules and regulation may result in the committee taking your right to sell in our event without refund.

  About Competitions

  Cosplay Walk

  Cosplay Walk is a unique cosplay exhibition designed as a Fashion Show.
  Cosplayers who are chosen will walk on AniCult Stage with the Guest Cosplayers, showing up their costumes and props in front of the audience.

  All participants are winners and will get special gifts from the Guests and sponsors.
  The Guests and the audience will then choose their favourites who would receive the Cosplay Walk Awards at the end of the event.

  Cosplay Walk application is open to public, so any cosplayer is eligible to enter and win, as long as the cosplayer agrees to our Cosplay Walk terms and conditions.

  
  

  Rules & Regulations

  1. Registrations will be accepted from Feb 20th, 2016 until May 5th, 2016 (24:00 Midnight Jakarta time).
     Registrations submitted after May 5th will be automatically rejected.
  2. Participants are required to fill out the registration form below.
  3. After we receive your registration, we will send a confirmation email to you.
     All submitted registrations are final, thus no changes will be accepted.
     Should there be any error in registration emails or forms, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
  4. Participant must attach 1 pass-photo (full color) and a minimum of 5 cosplay photos (more than 5 is okay) on the form below.
  5. Cosplay photos must be High Resolution ones, at least 1500px at the shortest side. And they must show the participant wearing the Cosplay Costume from different angles (front, back, side view, etc), including full body shots from the front and back.
     Additional detail photos of the Costume and Props are accepted as well.
  6. Please do not use extensive effect or editing on the photos. Minimal editing is accepted.
  7. Cosplay Costume used for the photographs must be the same as the Cosplay Costume worn during Cosplay Walk. We do not accept changes.
  8. Each participant can submit a maximum of 3 registrations, with different Cosplay Costumes. 1 application can only be used for 1 Cosplay Costume. Only 1 Costume from the same participant can be selected as a "winner".
  9. Audition will start on Feb 20 and end on May 5, choosing between 20~30 participants who are going to join the Cosplay Walk with the Guest Cosplayers.
     The Audition is held privately, participants are not required to attend. List of Cosplay Walk "winners" will be announced on May 22th, 2016 on AniCult website, Facebook page and Twitter.
  10. These "winners" will receive a Cosplay Walk Pass that allows them to enter the AniCult venue without being required to buy tickets. They must attend the Event and of course the Cosplay Walk.

  AniCult membutuhkan beberapa orang VOLUNTEER

  Volunteer akan bertugas selama dua hari, pada tanggal 28 dan 29 Mei 2016. Mulai pada pukul 08.00 pagi hingga pukul 10.00 malam.
  Istirahat makan siang 1x dan istirahat makan malam 1x.
  Honor dan konsumsi disediakan.

  Pendaftaran dapat dilakukan dengan mengisi form di bawah ini dengan lengkap.

  Rules & Regulations

  1. Berusia antara 20-25 tahun.
  2. Berdomisili Surabaya dan memiliki KTP Surabaya (bukan penduduk sementara).
  3. Berdedikasi tinggi, bertanggungjawab, mampu bekerja dalam tim, tepat waktu, jujur dan teliti.
  4. Mampu berbahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan benar dan DAPAT berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Inggris. Kemampuan untuk berbahasa asing lainnya merupakan nilai plus.
  5. Tidak diperkenankan untuk meninggalkan posisi/tempat yang sudah ditetapkan di dalam venue.
     (Pengecualian untuk waktu istirahat makan atau ke kamar kecil, dengan mendapat ijin dari panitia).
